78. Yvonne Haeaefke – From Communist East Germany to Empowering Australians!

Welcome to Yvonne Haeaefke, the East German girl who grew up under Socialism where you accepted the authority as providers of safety, guarantors of comfort and instigators of an equanimous community. Under such governance, the concept of creating your life flooded with ambitious dreams was not where authenticity meets transformation.

From Yvonne herself:

I understand what it’s like to navigate the rollercoaster of life, with its ups and downs, its twists and turns. Originally hailing from East Germany, the path I walked felt uncertain, until I found my true home in Australia in 2009. It was here that I realized it was time to let my strong spirit shine and live in alignment with my authentic self. My mission is to empower and help people overcoming self-sabotaging habits like anxiety, traumatic experiences, addictions and relationship concerns by understanding and healing the root cause of their self-imposed limitations without being hijacked by emotions so they can live a peaceful, loving and fulfilled life.

I envision recognising emotional suffering as an evolutionary process, shedding light on misguided learning and de-stigmatising notions about mental and emotional well-being, fostering an empowered and authentic experience for all.

With a career spanning more than 25 years as a Registered Nurse and Allied Health Professional, I have witnessed first-hand the struggles faced by individuals battling mental health challenges such as addiction, anxiety, and depression. Now, in my private practice, I am dedicated to helping others break free from their past traumatic experiences and break the cycle of feeling overwhelmed and impulsive when faced with life’s challenges.
